About The Studio Bristol Historical & Preservation Society
The Bristol Historical & Preservation Society stimulates interest in the history of Bristol, Rhode Island, through education, research, and the collection and preservation of historic objects. BHPS commissioned an original play based on Reverend Ephraim Avery's 1833 trial. The work will be performed at The Bristol Statehouse in November, 2026.
