What To Know About This Production
What happens when four narcissistic Broadway Actors descend on a small Indiana town to help a girl go to the prom with her closeted girlfriend in order to burnish their own reputations? Musical hilarity and heart-tugging moments as they try to become better people. You belong at THE PROM!
Auditions For The Prom
What To Expect At Auditions
Please prepare 16 measures of a contemporary theatre song that you are comfortable singing and shows off your vocal range. Also try to choose a song you could see the character you want to play singing. We want you to succeed, so pick a song that feels good to you.
In addition to the vocal audition there will be a movement/dance audition and cold readings from the script.
You may choose an audition time slot. We will do our best to move quickly through everyone, but we may run behind. We appreciate your patience. There will be only one night of auditions and no callbacks, so the evening may go long.
