What To Know About This Production
Get ready to dance, sing and have the time of your life!
Hobart Theatre Summer School is bringing Mamma Mia! to the stage in a vibrant, energetic production celebrating friendship, family, love and the unforgettable music of ABBA.
Our Summer School production is more than just putting on a show. It is an intensive theatre experience designed to give young performers the opportunity to work alongside experienced directors, choreographers, musical directors, vocal coaches, technicians and industry professionals while developing skills, confidence and friendships along the way.
We’re looking for a diverse and enthusiastic company of performers who are ready to throw themselves into the world of Mamma Mia! Whether you see yourself as Sophie, Donna, one of the Dynamos, a potential dad, or part of our high-energy ensemble, there are opportunities for strong singers, dancers, actors and all-round performers.
Expect big vocals, energetic choreography, plenty of laughs and some of the most recognisable songs in musical theatre, including Dancing Queen, Take a Chance on Me, The Winner Takes It All, Super Trouper and, of course, Mamma Mia!
If you’re ready to challenge yourself, learn from an experienced creative team and be part of an unforgettable Summer School experience, we’d love to see you audition.
Take a chance on us — and join us for Mamma Mia!
