About The Studio Alleghany Community Theatre

Alleghany Community Theatre (ACT) is a small community theatre in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, established in 2000. We produce 1-3 mainstage shows per year along with 3-4 readers theatre productions. Our mission is to promote appreciation of live theatre while increasing knowledge and giving an outlet for creative arts.
