🎸 About the Show – Rock of Ages Teen Edition
Get ready to step back into the loud, wild, and unforgettable world of the 1980s Sunset Strip! Rock of Ages Teen Edition is a high-energy jukebox musical packed with some of the greatest rock anthems of all time.
The story follows Drew, a young man chasing his dream of becoming a rock star, and Sherrie, a small-town girl with big ambitions. Their paths cross at the legendary Bourbon Room, a rock club under threat from developers Hertz and Franz Klinemann. Alongside larger-than-life characters — from washed-up rock idol Stacee Jaxx to passionate activist Regina, and the hilarious narrator Lonny — the cast brings the spirit of the 80s to life.
Featuring iconic hits like We Built This City, I Wanna Rock, Here I Go Again, and Don’t Stop Believin’, the show combines comedy, romance, and pure rock ’n’ roll energy.
This Teen Edition has been specially adapted for schools, keeping all the fun and excitement of the original Broadway smash while making it suitable for younger performers and audiences.
