What To Expect At Auditions

Please prepare 16-32 bars of one ballad and one uptempo song from a musical theatre show (not from the upcoming season). You may choose to present a choregraphed dance instead of your second song. You may be asked to only sing one of your songs or both. Please provide sheet music or a karaoke track. An Accompanist will be provided. No a cappella.

Auditionees will be seen in 5 minute intervals. Please only select one audition time; your submission may be deleted if you select more than one.

Make sure and note which shows you are interested under Preferred Roles. Please review the Character Breakdown for Age, Ethnicity and/or Gender Requirements. Note that the character's age does not need to perfectly reflect the actor's.

Auditions will be at the Arts Express Theatre in Park Place, 5870 E Broadway Blvd #214, Tucson, AZ 85711.

If you want to submit an audition video instead of attending auditions you may post the URL on the last page of the audition screen. Please select the VIDEO ONLY option instead of a regular audition time.

If all available audition slots are filled, you may click the Actor Pool option instead. You may come to the audition location and we will try to fit you in if anyone cancels or if auditions go fast.

If cast in a show but prior to receiving a contract, you will be required to complete a background screening.
