John is thrilled to be returning to PCT! (and as a director this time!) John has previously worked on Something Rotten as Nigel Bottom and as the Set Designer for Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol! John recently directed 9 to 5: The Musical at Smithfield Little Theatre! While directing this show, they are also completing their Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Virginia Wesleyan University. Other shows include: Desperate Measures, Johnny Blood, Generic; Murder... Express, Hector Macqueen, SLT; Midsummer..., Demetrius, VWU; Anastasia, Gleb Vaganov, VWU. John would like to thank their Mom, Judy Post, for all the love and support over the years! Special thanks to Jeff, Jenifer, Mhairi, Sofia, Quinn, Kelsey, Nina, The Cast, The Crew, The Band, The Board, and everyone else involved with the show!

Mr. Corriveau has worked in the arts for the past 30 years professionally and academically; directing,
designing, acting and coaching more than 300 productions throughout the U.S. He has worked with many styles of the performing arts from Musical Theatre to Opera and Ballet to National Tours. He has worked as a Director, Dialect Coach, Designer, Actor and Educator. A graduate of Lindenwood University (M.F.A.), Univ. of Maine (M.A.), and Franklin Pierce Univ. (B.A.) Mr. Corriveau has had the pleasure of working professionally with such notables as former First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, Julie Andrews, Lily Tomlin, Gregory Hines, Bruno Kirby, Ed Begley, Jr. and Bill Cosby in both television and stage performances. He has taught every aspect of theatre at colleges, universities and various

Nina has, of late, been performing various technical and administrative theatrical roles, both in community theater and professionally. She has done several lighting designs at local theaters, as well as serving as Producer/Production Manager. Most recently she directed and designed lights for "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol" at PCT.

Kristin Mazzocca (Music Director) is grateful to get to do theatre with her husband once again! She has an MA in directing from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a BA in Theatre from James Madison University. Favorite past credits include: Ghost, (Director, PCT), Working (Director, PCT), First Date (Music Director, PCT), Pippin (Music Director, Williamsburg Players), The Spitfire Grill (Asst. Director & Music Director, Williamsburg Players), Our Country's Good (Director, Three Crows Theatre). Mhairi (pronounced Vah-ree) (she/they) is thrilled to be joining the PCT family with Avenue Q. This show will be her first time designing costumes since she graduated university in '22. Mhairi has been involved in theatre since she was 11 but most recently she was assistant costumer for SLT's 9 to 5 and last seen on stage as Countess Elena Andrenyi in SLT's Murder on the Orient Express.
Many thanks to John for giving Mhairi this opportunity to design and to join a new theatre family.

Garret is thrilled to join the team for Avenue Q at PCT! A B.A. Acting graduate from Christopher Newport University, Garret has spent the last decade performing and choreographing at local theaters and theme parks. He currently holds a teaching positions at Centerstage Academy and Williamsburg School of Arts and Innovation, training young performers in acting, dance, and puppetry, as well as directing/choreographing several shows and camps.

Big thanks to Jeff and John for bringing him on to this project for choreography and puppet coaching.

Sofia Jameson Strick (Assistant ) (She/her/hers) is very excited to be the ASM for this production of Avenue Q! Sofia will be a first year English teacher for the 26-27 School Year at Bruton High School, and is currently the Assistant Conference Manager for the Virginia Theatre Association. Previous credits include: EPILOGI (playwright/director), Fun Home (Medium Alison), Something Rotten (Portia), and The Prom (Emma Nolan). She would like to thank Jenifer for showing her the ropes and trusting her, her parents, Amy and Josh, and sisters, Sidney and Sara, for always loving her despite being a total menace to the family, and her friends, McKenzie, Carly, Andrew, and Robert for being her biggest supporters.

Kelsey Ryan is the stage name for a remarkably lifelike human-sized ventriloquist dummy. She's a lifelong advocate for all things whimsical, and is delighted to be a small part of the incredible production of Avenue Q at PCT. In her day job, Kelsey works in marketing for a national small-business and entrepreneurship network. She lives in Hilton Village with her husband and fellow puppet, Bobby, and their (real life) dog, Linus.

Alexandria has been a performer at PCT for several decades. Roles include Narrator (Joseph...Dreamcoat), Adelaide (Guys and Dolls), Velma Von Tussle (Hairspray), Deirdre Perregrine/Rosa Bud (The Mystery of Edwin Drood), Rapunzel (Into the Woods), Mrs. Mayor (Seussical), Mrs. Macafee (Bye Bye Birdie), Consuela (West Side Story), Nancy (Understudy) (Oliver!), as well as ensemble roles in various Cabaret styled shows. She would like to thank her family for their unwavering support in her theatrical endeavors throughout the years!

Mike is absolutely thrilled to be a part of PCT's production of Avenue Q! Mike is a 2009 graduate with a degree in Acting from the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. After college, Mike moved to Chicago, IL, where he was had the pleasure of operating as an actor/musician, music director, audio designer, and composer for the stage. Mike moved to Hampton Roads in 2021, where he's been privileged to work in the local theater scene as a music director and actor. Local credits include

25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Dreamgirls, Ghost: The Musical
Williamsburg Players: Pippin and Cabaret. Mike got his first puppet in 1997, and has been playing with them ever since!

Throughout his whole life, Jude has been putting on performances whether it be on stage or in the kitchen at home for his parents. As he’s grown, Jude has dived deeper into his acting and film interest, acting in several school productions and pursuing his directing and acting dreams beyond high school. In high school, Jude got to play Mr Green (Clue), Ren (Footloose), Shrek (Shrek) and won a best actor and state champion award in VHSL’s 2026 championship. Outside of school, Jude has enjoyed making cosplay and filming his own short films. This is Jude’s first production outside of high school!

Maya is ecstatic to join this superstar cast, make her musical PCT debut, and thanks John and the entire team for their support and fantastic work. Favorite roles include Donkey (Shrek), Birdseller/Pirelli U/S (Sweeney Todd), Miss Shingle (A Gentleman’s Guide…), Cogsworth (Beauty and the Beast), Robby/Pennywise U/S (Urinetown), Aunt Sponge (James and the Giant Peach), The Witch (Into the Woods), and Leading Player (Pippin). She recently presented her original musical "Brainstorm" at the Fringe Festival. She works as a utility engineer and enjoys teaching theatre at Centerstage, especially Joy of Acting, a class for people on the spectrum.

Chasida has been involved in the theatre community since she was 9 years old. From there her passion for music and arts grew just as she did opening up doors which gave her multiple opportunities to perform. Some credits include: DreamGirls (Deena), Spongebob Squarepants The Musical (Pearl), The Door (Grace), The Color Purple (Celie) and Aida (Nehebka). Vivian’s elated to return to PCT! She is a refugee-raised Cambodian-Mexican actress whose previous roles include Water By The Spoonful (Orangutan) and The Boys Next Door (Sheila). Here’s to the resilient Asian women who were too busy tackling obstacles of immigration and adapting to new cultures to worry about silly little grammar mistakes. Like Christmas Eve, we love as intensely as our personalities. Endless thanks to John Post, the rest of Avenue Q, my mom, and ma yay!
